Who Runs This Cybet Guide, and How a Correction Reaches Us
This site is an independent source of information about Cybet, a crypto-only casino. We are not the operator, we do not run player accounts, and we do not hold, send or receive any player funds. What we do is read what the operator states, work out what it means in numbers and sequences, and write it down so that a reader can plan a deposit, a bonus activation or a payout before touching a wallet.
Our role and what it does not include
Our role is to explain. Our pages are written for adults, 18+, and none of our examples is a forecast of what a player will win or keep. A reader comes to us with a question such as which coin to send, in what order to activate the welcome, or what a payout is likely to cost, and we answer it with the figures the operator states and the arithmetic that follows from them.
Several things fall outside that role. We cannot see or change any account, we cannot speed up a payout, and we cannot approve a deposit or a bonus. Questions about a particular transaction belong with the Cybet team, whose fastest route is live chat; e-mail covers written issues and document verification.
What we verify, topic by topic
Every page rests on a short set of checked facts. We check each main topic against a stated limit, as set out below.
| Topic | What we confirm | Where we stop |
|---|---|---|
| Payments | The 11 coins, the USD 1 minimum deposit, the USD 10 minimum withdrawal, the usual USD 1 to 3 fee, the USD 100,000 maximum per single payout | We give a fee as a usual range and do not promise an exact figure for a given payout |
| Welcome offer | 100% on the first deposit, activation on the deposits page before the transfer, first qualifying deposit only | We show the arithmetic of the match and leave out figures we cannot confirm |
| Sign-up and checks | E-mail and password as the only fields, the four triggers for verification, the three document categories | We name categories, not document types |
| Mobile | Chrome on Android, Safari on iPhone and iPad, the Add to Home Screen route | We describe the steps the operator names and no more |
| Rewards | Rakeback, VIP levels and weekly, monthly and VIP rewards, tied to deposits, regular play and account level upgrades | Each reward follows the conditions of its own offer, and we leave those to the offer |
| Games | Casino games and sports betting, and demo mode for trying games without real-money bets | We describe what the operator lists and add nothing to it |
| Support | Live chat as the fastest route, e-mail for written issues and documents | Response times are for the operator to state |
One check shown on one number
Amounts on this site are written as USD followed by the number. The smallest payout is USD 10 and the fee is usually USD 1 to 3. We do not write “a small fee”; we subtract: USD 10 less USD 1 is USD 9, USD 10 less USD 3 is USD 7, so a minimum payout arrives as USD 7 to 9, and the fee takes between a tenth and three tenths of it.
Where to find which question
Each page of this guide answers one question. Registration covers the sign-up steps with an e-mail address and a password, and the situations that lead to a check: unusual logins or access patterns, suspected fraud or AML flags, withdrawals above set thresholds and age checks. The bonus page covers the activation order for the 100% welcome and a three-deposit table on USD 20, USD 100 and USD 500 that shows why only the first qualifying deposit is matched. The payments page covers the choice of coin and network among the 11 coins, the fee and timing of a payout, and a fault map for a missing deposit. The mobile page covers Chrome on Android and Safari on iPhone and iPad, with a USD 20 deposit and a USD 100 payout from the phone. A question about one particular transaction goes to the Cybet team through live chat.
Where our pages end and the operator’s begin
Our pages describe Cybet; they do not speak for it. The full bonus terms are shown in the account dashboard, and each offer has its own conditions, eligible games, expiry and withdrawal rules. When our text and those terms differ, the terms govern, and the operator can change, suspend or cancel a promotion.
Which values we treat as short-lived
Bonus terms, payment values and verification triggers are the parts of the topic that move. When we revise a page we re-read the operator’s own statements on those three topics first, and we adjust the text where a value has changed. A changed value is then worked through the sample amounts of USD 20, USD 100 and USD 500 again, so that the sums on every page change together and no page keeps an old figure.
Corrections and responsibility
We are responsible for what appears on our pages, including the sums. If a figure on a page differs from what you see on the operator’s own pages, tell us which page, which figure and what you see, and we will re-read the source and correct the page when the difference is real. A fix changes the page itself; it is not announced as a separate note.
How to reach us
Write to [email protected] for corrections, questions about how a page was put together, or privacy requests. Do not send passwords, wallet seed phrases or identity documents; we do not need them for any request.
